Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams & external clients
- Creating designs for marketing and advertising campaigns, including print ads, digital banners, social media graphics, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Developing brand identities, logos, and visual systems that align with the client’s brand values and target audience.
- Creating design mock-ups and presentations to share with clients and team members for feedback and approval.
- Support team in graphic designing & video editing job work
- Communicate flawlessly across teams, driving concepts
- Create short videos, GIFs, motion graphics for digital use
Skills & Qualifications:
- Should have understanding of designing skills such as Typography, Color Theory, Layout Skills, etc.
- Degree/diploma course in graphic designing or a relative field.
- Knowledge of graphic designing tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, After Effects, Corel Draw etc.
- Exhibit creativity skills as required to ensure customer satisfaction
- Strong ethical behavior combined with passion, commitment, and drive for delivering high-quality designs in an efficient manner
- Languages Known: English (Writing Skills: Intermediate, Verbal Communication: Basic)
- Applies a customer satisfaction-oriented approach in her/his daily tasks
- Ability to balance multiple, often vastly different projects and campaigns
- Should have problem solving approach, self – aware & receptive to receiving and sharing feedback
- Knowledge of current branding & marketing trends
- Knowledge to use online graphic designing & video editing tools or mobile apps.
